To help create a safe and friendly hospital environment, one in which health workers and patients feel physically safe and psychologically safe; Build more respect, caring and support for people living with HIV; Develop the practical skills to implement Universal Precautions in a systematic way; Develop a code of practice for implementing stigma free practices and Universal Precautions.

Trainer’s guide to help facilitators train staff of health facilities, trainers are to train all staff including administrative and support staff.

Facilitators of training, to work directly with health facility staff in a non- challenging/non-criticizing way.
